You have a good project manager and plans which is far better than most people. I wish you all the patience, money and expertise you will need.

I wish you great success and a franchise/chain store is definitely needed by us because the major chain supermarkets in Ghana are owned by non-Ghanaian, non- Africans and non- African diasporas. We need grocery stores like yours Nana and more importantly, we need to support your store. Keep doing the great work that you do.

This is a huge building project! Before you start please settle on what you want to use it for. Selling or renting? that way you can decide the level of finishing to attract the right tenant.

My advise to you is demolish the structure & put up a new/modern one. The the blocks haven't been left to the mercy of weather wo paltering, I see rising dump meaning foundation wasn't built right (no dampproof, DPM). The structure you have now won't cost even $30K to replace. You will have peace of mind by building a new house

I was at a foreign shop yesterday. They dont mix work with pleasure. They have standard, they put staff in check. They offer best customer service. Their system works well.
